Digital Project Manager

Foundation is a digital content marketing agency with a focus on planning, creating, and distributing content for B2B brands. We work with software companies that are redefining business in their industry along with ambitious B2B brands growing faster than ever. Our team operates 100% remotely and we’re obsessed with growth. We’re looking for an ambitious marketer who is looking to learn about content, SaaS, marketing, and growth.

We run a lean B2B content-driven machine. We own and manage multiple brands. We develop content that goes on to be seen by millions. We collaborate with some of the brightest in the industry. We have clients from around the world. And we’re just getting started.

You will be managing a wide range of digital projects including briefs, timelines, budgets, status reports, and more! From blog posts / white papers and social media updates, to email campaigns and creative ideas – you will be managing each from start to ship!


You will be responsible for managing and streamlining our process as you work with internal subject matter experts to complete project tasks. Once you have a pulse on project objectives and tasks, you will map out resourcing needs, timelines, budgets, and ensure projects stay unblocked by leading statuses, initiating proactive communications, and organizing internal reviews among the team. You will be the glue that keeps the team together and on track.
  • Managing projects for our own internal brands and client brands
  • Creating and communicating project / task briefs
  • Creating and communicating timelines
  • Creating and tracking budgets
  • Creating status reports and leading status meetings internally and with clients
  • Keeping others unblocked and escalating projects for furthers support when needed
  • Managing multiple relationships (writers, clients, strategists, designers) and project deliverables all at the same time
  • Supporting with the preparation of research for strategies for B2B & SaaS companies
  • Overseeing the execution and in some cases contributing to it
  • Supporting the new business process/deliverable
  • Contributing to the ongoing interaction of Foundations internal processes


  • Live in the Pacific time zone
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong, independent problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of digital paid media, SEO, social media, digital PR, and more
  • High energy
  • Interest in media as a whole and the role the internet has on culture
  • Curious by nature
  • Growth mindset
  • Experience with Slack, Trello, Zoom, and G Suite
  • We're a remote team, so it's important that you're well organized and can manage your own schedule
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form productive working relationships
  • Strong ability to get things done
  • Collaborative
  • Ability to manage multiple team members
  • Strong ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Close attention to detail, i.e. near perfect grammar and strong editing skills
  • Copywriting or blogging experience is a plus
