We believe that talk-worthy strategy starts with solid research and powerful insights. As a Data & Insights Analyst, your job is to make the numbers make sense, powering our client strategies, improving internal decision-making, and making our content smarter, sharper, and more effective.
You’ll create visibility into campaign performance, bring trends to life through dashboards and visuals, and give our teams the data they need to retain, grow, and wow our clients.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Building and maintaining dashboards that show how campaigns are performing across channels.
- Surfacing insights from performance data to support internal teams and client conversations.
- Using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Gamma to visualize data and build beautiful, actionable reporting decks.
- Supporting strategic recommendations by providing clear, data-backed context.
- Assisting in case study development by identifying and interpreting relevant performance metrics.
- Ensuring our data processes are clean, repeatable, and aligned across teams.
- Collaborating with Strategy, CS, and Ops to align reporting timelines with client deliverables.
WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:
- 2–5 years in a data or analytics role at a digital agency or B2B company.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Experience building reporting systems and dashboards from scratch.
- Ability to turn raw numbers into stories, decks, and strategic insights.
- Familiarity with content performance and marketing KPIs.
- A love for structured, repeatable workflows, and a bias for clarity.
- We're a remote team, so it's important that you're well organized and can manage your own schedule.
