If you’re a proactive, make-it-happen deal closer who thrives on discovery conversations, follows up relentlessly, and drives new business forward, we want to talk. We’re hunting a self-sufficient Associate Account Executive who can confidently run their own opportunities, contribute to larger deals with senior leadership, and consistently hit aggressive revenue targets.
WHAT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE DOING:
- Run 10–15 qualified discovery calls per month, uncovering opportunities and framing Foundation as the solution.
- Own small to mid-sized deals (<$100K) from first conversation through proposal and close.
- Follow up with persistence and creativity across channels until you get a decision.
- Collaborate with senior leaders (VP of Growth, Founder, VP of Strategy) on six-figure opportunities, preparing research packs and supporting proposal walkthroughs.
- Maintain clean HubSpot records and deliver crisp weekly pipeline updates.
- Contribute $500K+ in closed revenue per quarter by combining persistence, persuasion, and disciplined follow-through.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
- 2+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience in an agency or services environment.
- Strong discovery skills and ability to frame value with confidence.
- Highly organized with relentless follow-through and pipeline hygiene.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in client-facing calls and proposals.
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, plus consultative sales techniques.
- Bonus: Background in B2B SaaS or marketing services.

- 3-6 small-to-mid-sized deals closed independently per quarter
