Miriam is a Content Strategist at Foundation with experience spanning B2B SaaS, fintech, and consumer packaged goods. Here’s a brief taste of Miriam’s personality:

What is usually playing in your headphones?

Having grown up on different continents, I’ve culturally absorbed different types of music. One minute I am listening to good old 90’s hits, and the next it’s either latin, middle eastern, or classical. I also tune into podcasts like On Purpose with Jay Shetty or The Diary of a CEO with Steven Bartlett.

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A journalist, a doctor, or an equestrian. At 10, I was writing fictional news stories and eagerly presenting them to my family as if they were the evening broadcast. By 14, I had created a handmade magazine filled with quizzes, once again recruiting my family as enthusiastic participants on topics ranging from personality types to equestrian care. Needless to say, I was fascinated by content from a young age.

What are you happiest doing, when you are not working?

Detoxing from technology by going to the gym, playing tennis, salsa dancing, or attending personal development seminars. I also love to relax with a good white lavender tea, bossa nova music in the background, and a fragrant incense.

What is your hidden talent?

Probably being able to race motorcycles on the track. After I had a motorcycle accident, I took up a track riding school to encourage myself to get over my fear of getting back on the bike (it worked!)

What is one of your favourite quotes?

“Everything ends well in the end. If it didn’t end well, it’s not the end.”
