Alicia Braganza
Alicia Braganza is the VP of Accounts at Foundation — a promotion that reflects what her clients and colleagues have seen from day one: a standard of work that consistently sets the bar higher.
With a background spanning entrepreneurship and digital marketing, and most of her experience earned on the client side, Alicia brings a deeply personal, client-centered approach to every relationship she builds. She has worked with B2B and B2C companies across e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, and fintech — leading research, product development, content creation, and SEO projects that required both strategic vision and the follow-through to see complex work all the way to the finish line.
What drives her is the creative process itself, and a genuine commitment to growth — which is why you’ll almost always find her mid-course in something new, expanding her edge in an ever-shifting digital landscape.

What is usually playing in your headphones?
It depends on what I’m doing. I love pretty much all music. During the day, while working, I enjoy listening to podcasts, audiobooks, or something from a chill/indie genre. Most other times, it’s all about hip-hop and R&B. Everything from the late ’90s/early 2000s to the current.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be an artist and a business owner. I’m glad to say I’ve gotten to experience both! I can also remember wanting to be a flight attendant so that I could travel the world.
What are you happiest doing, when you are not working?
I love spending time with family and catching up with friends. You’ll find me at soccer practice with my two boys, on dog walks, on family bike adventures, and on vacations, and you’ll regularly see us cooking or baking together.
I also love spending time making and consuming art. I find that painting is almost meditative. I try to fit it in every week.
What is your hidden talent?
Baking and bread making (mostly for others to enjoy since I can’t eat gluten). I make everything from pizza dough to pretzels, bagels, cookies, and cakes. I use a coveted family recipe for brown bread and bake it in seasoned loaf pans that I inherited from my grandfather.
I may also crush you at Mario Kart.
