Enzo Carletti
Enzo Carletti is a Senior Content Marketing Specialist with Foundation. He formulates strategies for search demand through the lens of modern growth marketing and old-school public relations.
He began his career at Wattpad, a Canadian startup darling and the world’s largest entertainment network for social storytelling. There he led Canadian media relations and contributed to the launch of Wattpad Studios.
Since 2017, Enzo has provided freelance public relations and digital marketing services for a variety of SaaS, e-commerce, and personal brands.
Here is a brief taste of Enzo’s personality:
What is usually playing in your headphones?
Shoutout to DJ Papi Chulo (aka my dad Italo) for providing me with an iPod Classic filled to the brim with Latin hits like Suavemente by Elvis Crespo.
My music taste is super varied having grown up around salsa bands, metalheads, hip-hop producers, and jazz musicians. (I draw the line at free jazz, though.)
I also love instrumental music or binaural beats for focused work. Anything from Tito Puente to Flying Lotus.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Hopefully, sitting in a box somewhere is the cassette tape where my baby self introduced himself to the world as “Enzo the Comedian.”
When I grew older, my parents played me the tape and got a real kick out of my terrible jokes. (If you’re reading this and you find it, please keep in mind my favourite comedian at the time was Fozzie Bear.)
I guess the lesson I took after hearing that tape is that comedy is all about delivery, and making people smile is a noble pursuit.

What are you happiest doing, when you are not working?
I worked as a chef throughout college. During that time, I discovered a love and knack for back-of-house work.
Now, cooking is my place of Zen. There’s a flow state you hit during a restaurant dinner rush that’s just hard to put into words. It’s something you gotta feel. Sink or swim stuff.
Whether I’m grilling for friends, testing recipes, or perfecting my dough technique, it all boils down to spreading love through food.
What is your hidden talent?
Singing. That said, you’ll have to buy me a few drinks if you’re looking for a serenade.
