With a natural ability to build relationships and a sharp focus on outcomes, Nicole approaches her work the way she approaches everything: with intention, warmth, and a commitment to getting it right.

What is usually playing in your headphones?
It really depends on the day. Could be throwback hip hop, could be country, or whatever my kids have convinced me to listen to lately — currently, it’s the Wicked soundtrack on repeat.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A teacher. Looking back, it made total sense. I’ve always been drawn to helping people learn and grow, and honestly, that’s still a big part of what I love about the work I do today.
What are you happiest doing, when you are not working?
Camping with my family in our RV, ideally somewhere with a beach nearby. Most summer weekends you’ll find us at a campground around the Okanagan — swimming, relaxing by the water, and soaking up time together outdoors.
What is your hidden talent?
I earned my black belt in Taekwondo. I haven’t practiced in a while, but I’m still fairly confident I could break a board if the situation called for it.
