With over 10 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders, she brings a sharp operational instinct and a calm, anticipatory presence to fast-moving environments. Her background includes time at Okta, Very Technology, and Propy — companies that move fast and expect the people behind the scenes to move faster. Bilingual in English and Spanish and based in Mexico, Mónica is built for multicultural, distributed teams and knows exactly how to keep things running across time zones, languages, and competing priorities.

What is usually playing in your headphones?
Black Coffee and house music. Pretty much a permanent soundtrack at this point.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A veterinarian. I’ve loved animals and taking care of them for as long as I can remember — that part hasn’t really changed.
What are you happiest doing, when you are not working?
Anywhere outdoors with my family and pets, ideally at the beach. Or out with friends. Basically: people I love, fresh air, no laptop.
What is your hidden talent?
I can interpret consecutively between English and Spanish in real time. I also swear I can read my dog’s mind — though to be fair, he’s pretty much always just asking for treats.
