Senior Account Manager

And we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of large and high-priority clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted partner. You’ll set the tone for projects, lead communication between clients and our internal teams, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and above expectations.

WHAT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE DOING:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for 4–5 enterprise or high-priority clients, ensuring strong, lasting relationships.
  • Lead client meetings, providing clear updates on progress, budgets, and opportunities to achieve KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and commitments are met.
  • Onboard new clients, guiding them into our workflows and setting them up for success.
  • Lead point of contact for async client communication.

  • Proactively identify growth opportunities for clients and confidently communicate recommendations.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities with professionalism and clarity.
  • Oversee client database updates and handle the creation of resourcing requests for your projects as they move into the next phase.
  • Ensure the CSM and NPS are completed on time for assigned projects.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED:

  • 5 years of marketing agency experience in a similar role.
  • 5 years of B2B SaaS experience.
  • Excellent client communication skills, both live and asynchronous.
  • Ability to effectively manage and escalate (as required) competing priorities for the business.
  • Strong project and task management skills.

  • Strong communication and persuading skills, as well as customer service-oriented.
  • High energy & curious by nature.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in media as a whole and the role the internet has on culture.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form productive working relationships.
  • We're a remote team, so it's important that you're well-organized and can manage your schedule.
  • Ability to work within the Atlantic or Eastern Time Zone.
