SAAS CASE STUDY

How Pendo and Walkme became leaders in the digital adoption software industry

The digital adoption software industry is currently valued at $1.1 billion, and it’s expected to grow even more to reach $2.8 billion by 2028. This growth is fueled by the increasing demand from businesses to seamlessly integrate digital tools into their workflows.

If you are wondering what a digital adoption platform is, picture yourself with a new app on your phone or computer, but you’re not quite sure how to navigate it.

A digital adoption platform offers clear instructions, clickable tutorials, and interactive prompts to guide you through using the app effectively. These platforms make the onboarding and learning process much less daunting for users, ensuring a smoother experience overall.

With 80 digital adoption platforms listed on G2, two standout leaders have emerged: Pendo and WalkMe. What’s interesting is that both companies have achieved success using a similar strategy, which earned them the trust of millions of users worldwide.

In our latest case study, I delve into the details of this strategy, explaining why it works so well and how you can replicate or modify the strategy to achieve better results.

CONTENT MARKETING

How to syndicate your content & PR for free

Press coverage can be invaluable, but it often comes at a cost. Still, many PR professionals turn to newswires to guarantee coverage and attention, despite the expenses involved.

Newswires syndicate your content and PR, distributing them to various publications that may republish or reference them, giving you exposure. But what if there was a different way?

What if you could get coverage without paying for it? What if you could directly pitch your story to publishers who are already being referenced by other publications? And what if your coverage could spread organically, reaching a wider audience?

BuzzSumo recently conducted an analysis of millions of links from the top 100 publishers, revealing how they syndicate content and obtain PR for free. These insights can help you make the most of your coverage and increase your content’s organic reach as it naturally spreads.
