B2B SAAS MARKETING

🚀 How to Build Your Brand through Experimentation

When we look at some of the most successful companies out there, we find that a big reason for their success is a willingness to try new things.

Take companies such as Netflix, Facebook, Amazon, and Spotify, for example. They consistently prioritize trying out new product features and offerings, using the knowledge gained from these experiences to become trailblazers and pioneers in their respective industries.

As a marketer, you can take a similar approach by testing out different marketing channels, exploring new content ideas, and experimenting with various media formats. To help you get started, check out Ross Simmonds’ latest podcast, where he shares his experimentation framework for executing and shipping new ideas. It’s definitely worth a listen!

SAAS MARKETING

How to Do Social Selling the Right Way in 2023

4 out of 5 LinkedIn users are key decision-makers in their organization. They often self-educate on LinkedIn and other social platforms before making a decision to buy. This means that your company’s website or blog shouldn’t be the only channel you invest in.

Instead, consider repurposing your blog posts as native LinkedIn content to reach, engage, and convert prospects. You can also encourage your employees to share your content on their own social media platforms, which is where social selling comes in super handy.

If you’re interested, we have a guide that can show you how to use social selling to grow your business, reduce ad spend, and get more ROI from content marketing. Read the complete guide here

🧠 This Week’s Brain Food

How do you prioritize productivity in your organization?

One effective hack that our team relies on is blocking time on the calendar — we even have a catchy acronym for it: CREAM, which stands for “Calendar Rules Everything Around Me.”

Whether it’s writing a Twitter thread, researching a new case study, scheduling an email sequence, or simply remembering to drink water, we believe in using the calendar as a tool to keep track of our tasks, remind ourselves, and track our progress.

If you haven’t tried this approach yet, now is the perfect time to do so. Block time on your calendar to ensure important tasks don’t get lost in the shuffle. Get them the attention they deserve every time. It will help you stay organized and focused on what needs to get done.
