AI Transformation Specialist

Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency that drives pipeline growth for mid-market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS companies. We help our clients generate pipeline through content engineered to distribute across LLMs, search, social, communities like Reddit, and every channel their buyers actually use. 

What You'll Do

  • First-tier review of AI Builds Catalog submissions: quality checks, deduplication, simple approvals, and escalation of complex or strategic cases.
  • Run Phase 1 (Setup verification) and Phase 2 (Mindset shift) of the AI Adoption 1:1 onboarding program for new hires and existing team members.
  • Maintain the People Roster: track each team member's maturity stage, update after 1:1s, flag stalled adopters for follow-up.
  • Pull and synthesize monthly Claude analytics: identify power users, stalled users, Champion candidates, and trends to surface to the Manager.
  • Operationally support Wired In Wednesdays and monthly Cloud Sessions: scheduling, materials, follow-up.
  • Keep SOPs, skills documentation, and process docs current as the program evolves.
  • Draft documentation, visualizations, and meeting follow-ups on request to free Manager capacity.
  • Light project management on AI-Native roadmap workstreams as assigned.

What You'll Bring

You have:
  • 2+ years in an operations, coordination, or enablement role, ideally in a content, marketing, or B2B services environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, ClickUp Brain, or similar). Bonus if you've built AirOps workflows, custom skills, or prompts.
  • Strong written communication. Can write clear review notes, run a confident 1:1, and synthesize analytics into a short memo.
  • Operational discipline. Works through queues without dropping items, follows up on action items, keeps documentation current.
  • Strong attention to detail and a real quality bar for review work.

Nice to Haves:
  • Experience running training, onboarding, or enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, Google Drive at a working level.
  • Background in marketing, content, or B2B services.
  • Basic data literacy. Comfortable pulling and reading platform analytics.

What This Role is Not

  • Not a strategic AI direction-setter. Strategic calls escalate to the Manager. The Specialist makes the operational program run.
  • Not a generalist ops or coordination role. This work is AI-specific. Foundation has separate Operations and Project Management functions.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • AI Builds Catalog: first-tier reviews completed within 5 business days of submission using the governance-review skill. Complex or strategic submissions escalated to the Manager with clear context.
  • AI Adoption 1:1s: Phase 1 and 2 sessions run on cadence with new hires and existing team members.
  • Monthly Claude analytics: synthesized into a memo with actionable insights for the Manager and AI Transformation team.
  • Operational projects: assigned project work (strategic-point-rated 3 or below) delivered on time, on quality, with clear status communication.
  • People Roster: maintained with current maturity stage for every Foundation team member.

Location, Timezone & Work Setup

  • Work Setup: Fully remote
  • Primary Target Locations: Canada, LATAM, Europe. Candidates outside these regions may be considered if experience is exceptional and working hours align.
  • Timezone: Required overlap with EST

Compensation

  • Base pay range: around $45k CAD depending on experience
  • OTE: $47k-50k CAD (team performance bonus and company-wide profit-sharing)
  • How We Set Comp: Final compensation is determined by experience, role level, and location. We use a role × level × location framework. We pay intentionally, hire globally, and reward impact.
