Refund Policy for Foundation Labs Insider Subscription

Thank you for choosing Foundation Labs Insider Subscription. We strive to provide valuable content and resources to our subscribers. Please review our refund policy below for annual and monthly subscriptions:

Annual Subscriptions:

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions.
  • If you are not satisfied with our subscription program within the first 14 days, please email ops@foundationinc.co and share the reason you believe you are not getting results. 
  • To be eligible for a full refund, you must contact us within the first 14 days of placing your order.
  • Upon receiving your refund request, we will process it promptly, and you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price.
  • Please note that once the refund is processed, access to the course and Labs Insider will be immediately terminated.

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • There are no refunds for monthly subscriptions.
  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, and we do not offer a money-back guarantee for this subscription type.

Cancellation of Recurring Subscription:

  • To cancel your recurring subscription, go to Account > Menu > Subscriptions > Cancel subscription
  • You will maintain access to the course and community until the end of your current subscription period.
  • Once the subscription period expires, you will no longer have access to Labs Insider and related content.

Please note that it is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure cancellation before the renewal date for monthly subscriptions. Refunds or cancellations requested after the specified timeframes will not be honored.
