Senior Digital Account Manager

That means we give you the tools you need (laptop and phone) and you pick where you work each day. We run a lean B2B content-driven machine. We own and manage multiple brands. We develop content that goes on to be seen by millions. We collaborate with some of the brightest in the industry. We have clients from around the world. And we’re just getting started.

You will be the main point of contact and relationship builder for the Foundation client roster. You will be managing and delivering all client assets from the various internal team members. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

You’ll have the opportunity to manage some of the most interesting and emerging brands in B2B industries across the world. You will be managing the digital strategies for our brands and our clients. That’s anything from developing a content marketing strategy to specific content writing tasks, email and paid campaigns and earned media. We do it all, and we are looking for someone just like you to manage it every step of the way.
  • Presenting to executives on delivery efforts (marketing goals, strategies, and budgets) alongside a team of experts and guiding skilled internal teams in achieving the desired results
  • Working with C Suite marketers in B2B Saas industry, to understand the ongoing needs of the business and identify opportunities to continue to
  • Facilitating internal resources to execute against the deliverable timeline (writers, project managers, paid and SEO strategists, digital PR teams, and reporting)
  • Working closely with B2B SaaS leaders to identify their challenges and opportunities
  • Managing the project responsibilities for your accounts by providing assignments and prioritization guidance to the team you work with
  • Contributing to the deliverables of our clients' brands
  • Maintaining day-to-day relationships with clients
  • Knowing your clients better than anyone—their business goals, target audiences and core insights will come to you easily and you will champion them every step of the way

WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:

  • 2 years of B2B SaaS or agency experience
  • 2 years marketing generalist experience
  • 5 years experience with account management, including project management and/or project trafficking to coordinate
  • Eager to learn with a growth mindset
  • Strong communication and persuading skills, as well as customer service, oriented
  • Natural async communication skills when working with team members in different timezones, all of whom work remotely
  • Tech savvy and interest in the internet, SEO, digital marketing, media and growth hacking
  • High energy and curious by nature
  • Interested in marketing & B2B as a whole and the role the internet has on culture
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form productive working relationships
  • We're a remote team, so it's important that you're well organized and can manage your own schedule
  • The ability to listen to a CMO or VP of Marketing and turn their goals into clearly thought-out tactics
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form productive working relationships
  • Very tech-savvy and interest in the internet, SEO, digital marketing, and media

SALARY:

$65,000-$85,000 — dependent upon the skill level of the successful candidate
