Bertha-Bella Agoha
Social Creator
Manchester, UK
Bertha-Bella is a writer with a deep curiosity about the ever-changing nature of social media. Over the past few years, she’s helped brands translate who they are and what they want to say across social channels, landing pages, and blogs, always with an eye toward clarity and connection.
Grounded in a belief that good content should feel relatable and human, Bertha focuses on writing that meets people where they are and strikes the right note. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work, pairing clean, considered sentences with a habit of regularly stepping back to assess what’s resonating and what could work better.
Here is a brief taste of Bertha’s personality:
What is usually playing in your headphones?
Music. Any and almost every kind of music. I don’t have a favourite genre, but songs from the 80s and 90s, and songs that have an interesting play on words get me going.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be different things at different times. A DJ, a Reverend Sister, a model, a newscaster, and the one I actually worked towards, a medical doctor.
What are you happiest doing, when you are not working?
Reading a novel, on a trip with my family, or, interestingly, having the option to do nothing.
What is your hidden talent?
I can be calm in the most chaotic of situations. A blessing and a curse. lol
What is one of your favourite quotes?
“All that is gold does not glitter, not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, deep roots are not reached by the frost.”
— J.R.R Tolkien
