Lara Leung
Lara is a Senior Account Manager at Foundation who has called the Philippines, the Netherlands, Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong, and Canada home — and will tell you, without hesitation, that home is wherever your heart is.
With over 10 years of experience in marketing, six in leadership, and three focused on account management, she brings both strategic depth and genuine warmth to every client relationship. Lara is the kind of person who makes people feel like they’re in good hands — because they are.
She also happens to be a working mom of three (ages 7, 4, and 2) who has fully mastered the art of the WFH juggle — and is always happy to share tips with anyone else navigating that particular chaos.

What is usually playing in your headphones?
When it’s not my kids’ music, I’m all over the place — country, pop, R&B acoustic. Mood-dependent, always.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A babysitter. I’ve loved being around children since I was one myself. If I hadn’t gone into marketing, I would have studied Education — so homeschooling my kids now feels like both worlds finally meeting.
What are you happiest doing, when you are not working?
Homeschooling my three kids and getting to a Pilates class whenever I can. Pilates found me through a string of knee injuries from my snowboarding and gymnastics days — and I haven’t looked back since.
What is your hidden talent?
I’m fairly confident I can still pull off a double pirouette, a solid cartwheel, and a steady headstand. Fairly confident.
