Manuela Domian
Manuela Domian is a Senior Project Coordinator at Foundation with a background in project and creative operations — coordinating teams, managing workflows, and bringing structure to fast-paced environments across marketing and creative production.
She has a natural instinct for turning a lot of moving pieces into a clear, workable plan, and a genuine drive to make processes smoother, communication clearer, and the team experience better. Collaborative by nature and always curious, Manuela is the kind of person who keeps things organized without making it feel like a big deal.

What is usually playing in your headphones?
Absolutely everything — jazz, The Rolling Stones, pop, rock. If I had to pick one song, it would probably be “Suzanne” by Nina Simone. One of my favorite moments of the day is walking my dog, Uma, with music playing. It’s a small ritual that I protect.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A performer and an astronaut, simultaneously. I spent a lot of time dancing and putting on little living room shows, and also had a very serious fascination with space and the galaxy. Both felt like entirely reasonable career paths at the time.
What are you happiest doing, when you are not working?
Spending time with Uma, my dog. Honestly, I’m happy doing almost anything as long as she’s around. I also love exploring my city, going for walks, and finding little things to discover on weekends.
What is your hidden talent?
I can identify almost any song within the first few seconds. Give me the intro and I’ll probably have it.
