Sofiko Saltkhutsishvili
GEO Partnership Coordinator
Tbilisi, Georgia
Sofiko Saltkhutsishvili is a GEO Partnership Coordinator at Foundation with five years of experience on the partnerships and outreach side of B2B SaaS marketing — the kind of work that compounds over time rather than spikes and fades.
Her focus has always been on earning visibility through relationships: building partner programs from scratch, landing placements on publications people genuinely trust, and helping brands show up in the places buyers are increasingly turning to first — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini. At Foundation, she’s helping build out earned media and aggregator placements as a new service, which is exactly the kind of challenge she’s built for: part strategy, part relationships, part figuring out something the industry hasn’t fully solved yet.
What she brings is a builder’s mindset. She’d rather create the system than just run it — and she’s at her best when she’s turning something messy and new into something that works and scales.
Here’s a brief taste of Sofiko’s personality:
What is usually playing in your headphones?
A genuinely chaotic mix. Upbeat Latino pop when I’m working, something calmer for deep focus, and whatever has the most energy at the gym. My playlists make absolutely no sense to anyone but me.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A journalist. I was always good at speaking, writing, building narratives, and asking critical questions. I’m not disappointed I took a different path — I use all those same skills every day. The instincts just found a different home.
What are you happiest doing, when you are not working?
At the gym, cooking something good, or spending slow, unhurried time with the people I love. Switching off usually means switching to a different kind of curiosity — a new tool, a new idea, a new way of doing something. That’s just how I’m wired.
What is your hidden talent?
I can take almost any chaotic process and turn it into a clean, working system. Give me something tangled and I’ll quietly organize it into something that runs on its own. It’s not flashy, but it’s the talent I’m secretly most proud of. Also — I make friends everywhere I go.
What is one of your favourite quotes?
“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.”
A reminder that the slightly stubborn belief that you can build something better is usually what actually lets you do it.
